We’ve probably all read a lot of love stories in which a handsome prince meets a beautiful princess, the two quickly fall in love, and they go on to live happily ever after. But the story we’re going to tell you today is completely different. Today, we’re going to talk about a beautiful young woman and a man with a very rare disability. Even though they were different, they were able to fall in love with each other and have a successful and happy marriage. Nick and Kanae are a couple who have been telling people from all over the world to listen to their hearts when it comes to their deepest feelings.
He has had to deal with hard problems from the moment he was born and for the rest of his life.
Nick Vujicic is a well-known motivational speaker whose full name is Nicholas James Vujicic. He was born in Serbia. Vujicic is 39 years old right now. He was born without arms or legs because he had a very rare condition called tetra-amelia syndrome. Nick writes in his autobiography that after he was born, his mother refused to see or hold him, and by that time, both of his parents had already left the hospital.
At first, the toes on one of his feet were all joined together into one. Nick had surgery to separate his toes into two separate toes so that he could use them as fingers when grabbing things. He likes to call it his “chicken drumstick” when he talks about it.
Nick Vujicic has had a hard life ever since he was born. He has had to deal with a lot of problems. Nick was the first person with a disability in Australia to be allowed to go to a regular school. He was also the first student in the world to do that. Even so, the people of his time still thought of him as different from them. But he didn’t give up, and now he’s happy with how he looks. The words his father told him over and over again were,
You are a gift, just differently packaged.
Since then, Nick has made this one of the most important things in his life.
He started a new part of his life the day he met Kanae.
When Nick and Kanae met for the first time in 2010, Nick knew right away that he was deeply in love with Kanae. Kanae was at the small event in Dallas where Nick spoke as a guest speaker. The event was small, with only a few people there. When Kanae first spoke to Nick, she was already dating the man who would eventually become her boyfriend. But she quickly realized that Nick possessed the unique qualities she had been looking for in a man.
Nick fell in love with her as soon as he saw her for the first time. And Kanae remembers that the moment she met Nick for the first time, she wanted to be with him very much. As soon as she looked into Nick’s eyes, she knew they would get along right away.
After what happened, Nick sent a text message to his friend Tammy in which he asked for help getting closer to Kanae. From then on, things moved quickly for the two lovers. Nick and Kanae had been dating for a while and talking on the phone for long periods of time. After they had been together for a while, Nick posted on Facebook that they were getting married. On August 1, 2011, this happened on a yacht in Santa Barbara. Nick asked Kanae to marry him by putting the ring on her finger with his mouth. They got married on February 12, 2012, and began their new lives together.
The relationship between the two people is only getting better as time goes on.
The happy couple can’t seem to stay away from each other since their wedding. They can’t imagine life without each other. Now that they have four healthy and wonderful kids, their family is growing quickly, and Nick is a very happy and proud dad. The family has two sons and two daughters. Pictures of the family show how close the parents are to each other and to their children. Nick always misses his wife when he has to go to conferences by himself without her, and he never gets tired of writing about how much he loves and cares for her in his posts.
Kanae is a loving and proud mother to her children and a devoted wife. She wrote those words in one of her Instagram posts,
Everything a mom could ask for has already been given to her. I love that I can confidently say that my kids adore me, and I simply couldn’t love them more.
The couple wants to set an example for those who follow them on social media.
The two people can’t help but fall more and more in love with each other every single day. Kanae wrote a touching post about the two of them and their relationship on the occasion of one of their anniversaries.
She wrote,
Just popping in to brag about my husband. He has so much on his plate, yet he gets me flowers first thing in the morning to say, ’Happy Anniversary, my love!’ I love him. We started the year with a wind whirl, we have seen loved ones go to heaven, and we have also welcomed new lives into this world. Ups and downs, but together through it all.
