The 44-year-old model, actress, and fashion designer has been wowing and scaring partygoers and trick-or-treaters since 2000. As you can see from her amazing costumes, she takes Halloween costume ideas very seriously. In fact, you can’t even go to her famous celebrity Halloween parties in New York if you’re not dressed up. Most of us probably wouldn’t be allowed to go to her parties even if we were dressed up, but still.
