Whenever we hear about bodybuilding, we usually see an image of a man with strong built in front of our eyes. But, have you ever thought of a woman doing bodybuilding? It’s quite weird, right? And what if we tell you that female bodybuilders do exist! Haha, probably you won’t believe us for the first time.
Bodybuilding is a subculture that usually involves bulging biceps, protruding veins, and never-ending long hours workouts. But, the stigma that encapsulates us does not even let us imagine the females as bodybuilders. If a woman does so to stand out, they’ll probably get stared at, or insulted to their faces. Imagine doing a lot of sacrifices to obtain that built and your all efforts go in vain in a single second. If you ask us, we would probably skip doing something like this. Because we won’t want our efforts to be wasted!
But, you will be astonished to know that there are many bold women out there who strive hard to become bodybuilders. And what makes them do this is their desire to stand out. We, here proudly acknowledge their efforts. And you will also agree with us if you look at them once! The German photographer, Martin Schoeller has got us covered.

You have seen these women, and you are probably dumbstruck right now. Because to do female bodybuilding, you really need guts. And even you know that you’ll have to face the comments like “Are you a man?” or “Are you from outer space?”. Thus, we really regard all these women and we would recommend you also acknowledge their efforts whenever you see anyone of them. Instead of passing hatred comments, let’s spread the love!
