It seems that someone wants to “Smack That” White House. In a recent interview, the 45-year old singer, Akon said that he is indeed “very serious” for running for President in 2020 elections.
Akon has been actively involved with business and taken up endeavors in the field of cryptocurrencies and solar energy. He has his own project named as Akon Lighting Africa which is powering the entire continent (Africa) with solar energy. He has his own native crypto-currency called “Akoin.”
Akon has expressed his concerns that he doesn’t feel safe in the Trump ruled America. He thinks that the accomplishments which happened during President Obama’s term are “being undone.” Not only this, Akon wants Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to run with him together for White House.

“I feel it’s gonna be a fight. I feel like I should be always prepared for the unexpected. I feel very uncomfortable.”
About his endeavors, he said,
“I feel like I want to continue doing what I’m doing and hope that builds me enough momentum.”
