The 61st Grammy awards for this year which were scheduled to announce for December 5 will get postponed on December 7. The reports say that the dates have been postponed owing to the function of the memorial services for the former American president George H.W.Bush.
The reports say that the selected nominations for the award will be declared on the CBS on Monday morning then the second announcement will be done on the apple music on 8.30am on the same day. After sometime the nominations for all the eighty four categories will be announced on the recording academy.
The recording academy announced that many changes will be made in the process of awards. The changes are the number of nominations will increase from five to eight in general category for the best album of the year, best song of the year ETC. The changes are made to increase the number of entries in the category which will reflect more plasticity for voters.
