The impulsive actor Alec Baldwin has recently been charged with harassment and misdemeanour assault which followed the arrest of the actor last Friday afternoon. The sources of law enforcement told Fox News that Baldwin allegedly punched a man in the ritzy West Village neighbourhood of New York City.
The police source has recently revealed that the host of “Saturday Night Live” was reportedly released at around 4 pm ET in the evening from the custody after they got into an argument regarding a parking spot. Baldwin has a due date in court on 26th November.
A video snippet has been reportedly obtained by Page Six where the 60-year-old actor/stand up comedian, Baldwin was spotted walking out of 6th Precinct station house of New York Police Department in Greenwich Village. The actor was seen to be entirely as he made his way towards a car that was waiting for him.
The Law enforcement reportedly responded to a 911 call regarding an alleged assault which took place around 1:30 pm according to the sources. Fox News has reported that a 49-year-old male was reportedly treated for an external injury to his left jaw. The injured man was conscious and attentive when he was transported to the Lenox Hospital.
Moments after the arrest, Baldwin addressed the incident to the Twitter account. Baldwin wrote that he will not comment regarding something which has been negatively misstated as the incident which took place today.
Baldwin’s representative did not release any comment when Fox News reached him. Reportedly this is not the first time that the famous ill-tempered star has been arrested. Back in 2014, Baldwin was cuffed after he allegedly became “belligerent” with an office of the law who has stopped him on his bike after the actor was seen riding in the wrong direction.
