Alice in Borderland is all about games and fun until someone gets hurt. The sci-fi adaptation of Shinsuke Sato is set in a post-apocalyptic world in Tokyo.
The survivors play games to stay alive. If the survivors win, they get another chance at life but have to watch their friends die. The ones who lose see a massive laser in the sky. But either way, the survivors lose one thing or the other.

Full of elaborate betrayals and puzzles, the show always leaves viewers on edge.
Will there be Season 3 of Alice in Borderland?
After its last episode, there is not much hope for another season. The original manga’s second half was covered by Season 2. Netflix will have to get creative if they want another season.
The fans can only hope for spinoffs of Alice on Borderland. That is the only avenue left for more episode creation. If Season 2 is a hit among the fans, then Netflix can undoubtedly think about it.
Is a Manga an inspiration for Alice in Borderland?
There is no doubt that the show is based on a Manga. Shonen Sunday, a manga created by Haro Aso, ran from 2010 to 2015. It was about a young man and his friends who found themselves in a new place called Borderland.
Playing challenging games is the only way for them to stay alive. These games are not ordinary and have huge stakes beyond one’s imagination. The first eight parts of the manga have already been translated into English. The remaining two parts are set to release in March 2023.
