The dog couldn’t have ended up there himself
Officials have been trying hard to track down whoever did this. They will make sure to persecute them to the extreme extend of the law. Apparently, the dog’s hind legs were not working properly, and he was discovered to be underweight. It appeared like he wasn’t taken care of by the owners. The fresh cuts on the dog’s body made one thing clear, that it was brutally assaulted/injured. It does raise questions about what situation the dog must have been living until now.
