Apple is preparing for the final update of iOS 12 before it rolls out the next version of its mobile OS iOS 13.

The tech giant has confirmed that Apple iOS 12.3 update is in the beta testing phase. The beta testing is done to quash out all the bugs before the release of the stable version.
When is iOS 12.3 update going to release for my iPhone/iPad?
Apple has not announced the release date of a stable iOS 12.3 update. However, if you want to try out the new iOS 12.3 update before it its launched then the user can easily download the iOS 12.3 beta for developers.
The beta version is available to all the users through Apple Beta Software Programme which is free of everyone. The users are required to signup with their Apple ID to enroll in the beta programme.
The programme is available for devices like iPhone X, iPad Air 2 and many more.
Before going down to this path you should note that beta builds is intended for developers and might be unstable. These builds are filled with bugs which can hamper the performance and stability of your device.
The currently running beta programme is iOS 12.3 beta 4 and we expect tow or three beta releases before the launch of the stable version.
As we mentioned earlier, the release date of iOS 12.3 has not been announced till now.
