The iPad Pro 2018 model had some solid list of specification, it had an all screen design, powerful neural engine chip and more. Now you might think that the newer iPad Pro might pump up these specs but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Some analysts predict that the newer 2019 iPad Pro will carry some very diminutive upgrades when compared to the previous model.
Users will be disappointed with the new iPad Pro if they were expecting something totally different. According to some reports, the iPad Pro 2019 will more or less be the same gadget as the previous generation.
Fewer Upgrades, More Expensive.

As far as specs are considered the iPad Pro 2019 will have maybe have a newer generation chip, slight change in design, a better display, and some other incremental upgrades.
We might see the uses of 5G connectivity in the new iPad but the chances are very dim.
Pricing
The 2018 Pro models, the base variant(64GB) came with a starting price of $800(11inch Wi-Fi model) and the top end 4G variant cost $1000. The higher-end models, with 256GB, 514GB, and 1TB storage options were selling at 1,200, 1,500, and 1,900 respectively.
So we expect the new models to follow the same pathway in terms of price. We assume alike pricing for the next batch. It is also reported that Apple might altogether ditch the base 64GB model
