On Thursday, Ariana Grande got a new tattoo after attending the Billboard Woman of the Year Awards and celebrated with her grandmother (93).
The singer of “Thank U, Next” shared the moment on her Instagram Story and documented Marjorie Grande, her Nonna, getting her very first tattoo. Marjorie simply laughed at the pain with her family members Frankie Grande and Joan Grande. She said,
I feel fine. I’ve had a little bit more excitement than this.
Marjorie got “Ciccio” inked on her left ring finger. Ciccio was her late husband Frank Grande’s nickname. Ariana Grande also got another tattoo to add to her existing collection. She posted a picture on Instagram and showed off her new tattoo which is a crescent moon beside stars on her left hand.
Mira Mariah, Grande’s tattoo artist also shared a picture of the tattoo on the social media. Grande was proud to receive the award and she said that this year has been the best one in her career, but one of the worst years of her life.
