Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) of china in a four month experiment has found out that the temperature of artificial sun of China has reached to the temperature of nearly one hundred million degrees Celsius which is almost six times higher and hotter than the Sun’s interior.
This operation was started in the year 2006.This was designed by the China and had concentrated on developing EAST which is located at Physical Science-Hefei Institutes. The goal of the CASHIPS is to produce the nuclear fusion power reactor.
The tokamak reactor called EAST, made of either doughnut or metal torus which is extensively used to a vacuum and injected with the hydrogen atoms. After this, the atoms undergo a heating process by various methods in order to make plasma and pressed strongly with superconducting magnets.
EAST is a tokamak reactor, which consists of a metal torus or doughnut that is exhausted to a hard vacuum and then injected with hydrogen atoms. These atoms are then heated by a number of different methods to create plasma that is then compressed using a series of powerful superconducting magnets.
The major idea was not only to pin the meter but also to continue the equilibrium and stability of the plasma, process of closing and transportation as well as to know the interaction between plasma wall and energetic particles. EAST has many uses along with those, it is used to know the process of maintaining the 100 million degrees temperatures of electron.
By all these processes they prove that there are possibilities for reaching the required temperatures for nuclear fusion. They also help in developing the France’s International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) Fusion Engineering Test Reactor of China (CFETR), and the set DEMO (Demonstration Power Station).
