Avengers: Endgame will mark the turning point of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The story revolving around Thanos will come to a conclusion in Avengers: Endgame. All the fans who were waiting since Avengers: Infinity War to know what will happen next, will finally be satisfied.
Some drastic changes were made by Infinity War which set the ground for its sequel. The MCU status quo changed completely after this movie.
Avengers: Endgame Trailer and the Speculations
The trailer didn’t reveal much. However, it gave some hints as to what can be expected from the movie. Captain America is expected to make a heroic sacrifice. Tony Stark may be a bit troubled as well after he lost the battle on Titan against Thanos.

The trailer could either be leading us or may be completely lying like it did at the time of Infinity War. So we will have to wait to see how it actually turns out.
Release Date of Avengers: Endgame has been confirmed
Even though we may not be sure what to expect, we definitely know that Avengers: Endgame is set to hit the theaters on 26 April this year. The previous release date of 3 May has been canceled. Now the fans would have to wait a little less to find the answers to their questions.
Before that, you can go and watch Captain Marvel, which will release on 8 March. The Russo Brothers have already begun the 100-day countdown.
Why was the sequel was named “Endgame”
The title of the movie was decided at the time when they were developing the movie. Doctor Strange has mentioned “Endgame” in Infinity War and it was also mentioned by Iron Man in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Kevin Feige even revealed this at the Golden Globes. They knew the title during the development of the movie itself. That is the main reason why Doctor Strange has mentioned it, particularly in Infinity War.
Whom to expect in Avengers: Endgame
The movie is going to have the biggest superhero movie cast of all times. Even though we are not aware who will come alive in the movie, we are expecting to see many of them.
The survivors from Infinity War will be there in the movie for sure. We will get to see Scarlett Johansson, Danai Gurira, Mark Ruffalo, Don Cheadle, Karen Gillan, Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Evans, Rocket Raccoon and perhaps the unaccounted for Gwyneth Paltrow.
As per sources, you will also get to see Pepper Potts in the Avengers: Endgame with her new armor. Shuri, who has been favorite among the fans, is expected to be back as well. Evangeline Lilly, Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer are also set to make a return.
Fans can hope for the best to see their fallen heroes as well. But we can’t tell you for sure whom to expect.
What to expect from Endgame
After discussing all the little aspects of the movie, we finally come to the main part. Fans have already come up with a lot of theories, but only time will tell the truth.
We saw the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Avengers fighting together against Thanos in Infinity War. But Thanos succeeded in his mission of collecting the superpowered MacGuffins the Infinity Stones.
Avengers: Endgame will be a desperate attempt for restoring the lives of those who turned to ash. As per Hemsworth, it is going to be a lot more shocking.
Looking at the diverse genre of the stories, it was decided that the movie should have a separate title. Earlier it was supposed to be called Avengers: Infinity War – Part 2. This can still be argued upon.
