Two months prior, the Age of Adaline star disclosed that she had given birth by simply tweeting a photo in which her baby belly was no longer apparent.
Lively and Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds, already have three daughters: James, eight; Inez, six, and Betty, three.
None of their four children were visible in the photos, including the baby, whose name and gender have yet to be announced.
She photographed her ensembles and her husband as they enjoyed a tropical holiday with the family in her carousel post.
