Reddit user u/dragonssaliva submitted a video in which Sasuke’s and Naruto’s lightning and wind styles, which were surrounding them correspondingly, combined during their fight, resulting in a massive bomb. Fans anticipate that Boruto’s Rasengan Vortex will be similar in style.
Boruto Chapter 2 already hinted at the new variation of Rasengan to be stronger than ever, and fans are intrigued to know the details about it. While the Rasengan Uzuhiko remains a mystery to fans, it is evident from the previous chapter that this variation is made by accumulating Chakra around themselves rather than gathering the Chakra in the palms of their hand.

According to fans, the Rasengan Uzuhiko is a fusion of the Wind and Lightning natures, implying that Boruto may become the wielder of Kekkei Genkai. The rule for becoming a Kekkei Genkai wielder is to combine two fundamental natures to form a new one.
I mean you don’t really know if the technique he’s using has lighting nature yet, but if it did that means boruto created a never before seen kekki genkai while away, one that naruto fans have been waiting decades to see

Boruto’s first Rasengan technique had him subconsciously add a lighting nature, which made it fade from sight, causing opponents to down their guards only to be greeted with a surprise strike. This Rasengan variant, dubbed “Vanishing Rasengan,” did not deliver any lethal wounds to opponents, but if targeted at the correct spots, it is highly catastrophic. The size of the Rasengan expanded gradually as more Chakra were added to the technique.
