Boruto Two Blue Vortex (TBV) has started to reach its much-awaited pace, and now fans are curious about its conclusion. Is Boruto ending soon within 10 volumes? Here is what we know about the latest updates for Boruto Manga (TBV).
Boruto Ending: The Boruto Manga To Reach Its Conclusion Soon?
Boruto Manga has always been in a difficult situation concerning its plot and artwork. With the previous part of the manga series, Ikemoto failed to create the Naruto magic that once had captivated a massive fanbase. Nevertheless, it looks like Ikemoto has finally succeeded in grabbing the attention of the fans with the recent changes in Boruto TBV. So now, a crucial question arises: Is Boruto ending after only ten volumes?
The Naruto manga and anime series was run for nearly 18 years and has amassed a tremendous fan base worldwide. Will the Boruto TBV Manga series continue the same legacy? In an interview with Shueisha‘s MANGA Plus, Mikio Ikemoto revealed that he wishes to complete the Boruto Manga within 30 volumes to keep the entire Naruto Manga series within 100 volumes.
My utmost priority is to complete the entire story for BORUTO. That said, I do not want the story to sprawl out too much. As the original NARUTO series already has a whopping 72 volumes, I am hoping to complete the story within 30 volumes to keep the entire saga within a hundred volumes altogether.
-Mikio Ikemoto in an interview with Shueisha’s MANGA Plus (2019)
However, this interview happened before Boruto TBV was announced, and now the current scenario features Masashi Kishimoto joining the fray. So fans are curious if Kishimoto is keen on continuing to run the manga long enough, just like he did with Naruto Classics and Naruto Shippuden. Boruto TBV has gone forward with three chapters, gradually increasing the pace by reintroducing some old characters and leaving traces that will develop the plot.
Outside of popular opinion, yes. I feel like the story is getting wrapped up in another 50 chapters, there’s just not much left from the original series to build off of at this point other than Shibai and even then he could just be dragged in like Kaguya. Boruto already came back to the village, Kawaki hasn’t gone to the point of destroying the village yet but that seems like it’s coming, Boruto already found the ten tails 3 chapters in, etc

Unless Kishimoto decides to introduce another set of characters and give them backstories, as he did in Naruto Shippuden, there isn’t much to cover in the Boruto story arcs. There is no chance of another Great Ninja War since Naruto’s goal was to bring peace to the world, which he had already accomplished in the Shippuden series.
It is likely possible for the TBV to introduce a new villain soon since Code is not the proper antagonist, as was revealed in the last chapter. The series may span a few chapters covering the issues related to Boruto still being an accused, Eida’s Omnipotence, and Naruto and Hinata caught in another dimension thanks to Kawaki. The remaining chapters may handle the unresolved issues of the Otsutsukis, with Boruto fighting them alongside his allies or the entire shinobi world joining forces with him, concluding with a recapitulation of Naruto vs Sasuke via Boruto versus Kawaki.
Final Thoughts:
These specific events might not require a large volume to bring the manga story to a close. So, regrettably, fans should prepare for Boruto Two Blue Vortex to finish within another 20 volumes, if not less. However, it is also dependent on the commercial success of the Boruto TBV manga. Boruto may have a long way to go if the buzz for Part 2 continues at this rate.
