Thanks to Boruto’s karma power, Naruto is safely rescued. Boruto is inspired by Sasuke, while Sarada has his eyes set on the goal of becoming the next Hokage. The series ended on a cliffhanger as Kawaki decided to eliminate Boruto. He feels that Boruto can turn evil in the future. The final battle shows Kawaki injuring Boruto and escaping.
