Bridget Fonda, a 90s actress, was practically unrecognizable when she walked out for a rare outing in Los Angeles, California, on Friday.
The former Hollywood starlet, 59, wore casual attire while running errands. She retired from acting in 2002 after participating in a number of critically praised films.
Bridget Fonda, who was last seen in September 2022, was dressed comfortably in an oversized white jumper, black trousers, and navy trainers.
The actress, who also appeared in The Godfather Part III, wore a black crossbody purse.
Her silver locks were pulled back into a ponytail, and she wore black-rimmed eyeglasses.
She appeared to be wearing no makeup while enjoying the beautiful day.
As she ran errands, Bridget Fonda clutched a mobile in one hand and a stack of papers in the other.
It was an unusual sighting of the star, who was last seen out in public in September 2022 while shopping at a landscaping supply store.
She had previously been seen in public in January of that year when conducting errands with her husband, Danny Elfman, 69, and their 18-year-old son Oliver.
Prior to that, the actress was last seen in public in 2009, more than a decade ago, at the opening of Quentin Tarantino’s World War II film Inglorious Bastards.
Bridget Fonda is claimed to have moved away from the spotlight to focus on raising her kid, and the family has been living on a ranch in Santa Barbara.
Bridget Fonda, who hails from a long line of great actors – her grandfather is acclaimed movie star Henry Fonda, her father is actor Peter Fonda, and her aunt is well-known icon Jane Fonda – began acting when she was four years old in the 1969 film Easy Rider.
She created a name for herself in the acting profession during the 1980s and 1990s by landing significant roles in a number of box office smashes.

In the classic 1992 thriller Single White Female, she played the terrified protagonist Allison ‘Allie’ Jones.
That same year, she co-starred in Cameron Crowe’s romantic comedy Singles with Matt Dillion.
Bridget Fonda appeared in Quentin Tarantino’s criminal drama Jackie Brown in 1997 alongside Robert De Niro, Samuel L. Jackson, and Pam Grier.
Her other notable roles include the drama Scandal, the rom-com You Can’t Hurry Love, the comedy Shag, The Godfather III (co-starring Al Pacino and Diane Keaton), the action film Point of No Return, the action thriller Kiss of the Dragon, The Whole Shebang in 2001, and the TV movie Snow Queen.
She was engaged in a serious vehicle accident in 2003 after driving off an embankment in heavy rain.
According to the BBC, she sustained a “slight fracture of two thoracic vertebrae” but recovered completely.
She subsequently decided to give up her acting profession to start a family with her husband, Danny, 68, who had two daughters from his former marriage to Geri Eisenmenger; the couple welcomed son Oliver in 2005.
In 2020, the couple sold their two nearby Los Angeles residences for a total of $14.6 million and relocated to a ranch.
While they intended to stay for a month during the lockdown, they finally decided to make it their permanent home.
