Brooklyn Nets made it to the playoffs in last NBA season with 42 wins and can even make it to the finals in 2019-20 season. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are the newly added players which have given a new life to the team. While Durant may take time to recover, the Nets are still looking strong for playoffs and a solid contender in the Eastern Conference. With the NBA training camp just around the corner, here are the Brooklyn Nets predictions for Durant, Irving, DeAndre Jordan, Caris LeVert and others for the 2019-20 season.
Kevin Durant Recovery and Replacement
Kevin Durant is the player which was the main reason why the Golden State Warriors were about to win 3 NBA finals in a row. But he got injured and ruptured his Achilles tendon in a crucial match which led to the Raptors winning for the first time.

Brooklyn Nets signed Durant knowing he might not play in the NBA 2019-20 season but his presence alone is enough. The Nets have a formidable roster even without Durant and whenever he recovers fully the team will become a true contender. In the meanwhile, the Nets are looking at possible replacement and Carmelo Anthony could be one.
Kyrie Irving with Younger Players
The primary reason Kyrie Irving left Boston Celtics was that he was not getting well along with the rest of the team. Irving had clashes with the young players like Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Terry Rozier and it was not good for him or the Celtics. Brooklyn Nets might not have such problem as most of the youngsters are not ball-dominant or go-to scorers.

But then again it is said that Irving was a locker room distraction in Boston and Cleveland, so there is another problem waiting to rise. Still, there is no need to worry much as Irving grew up in New Jersey and he is a lifelong fan of the Brooklyn Nets team.
DeAndre Jordan, Jarrett Allen and Caris LeVert
The Nets also signed DeAndre Jordan along with Durant from the Warriors and it will impact the team a lot. Jarrett Allen and Jordan both play at the center position which could lead to the frontcourt getting crowded. It is highly possible that Allen and Jordan might not play together and one who scores lower points will be benched in most of the games.

Hot take: Caris LeVert is a better player than anyone on the knicks roster

The Nets also have a huge hole in their roster as the veteran star Wilson Chandler was suspended for 25 games for using performance-enhancing drugs. Caris LeVert who was recently signed for an extension might get the No. 2 position and he needs to prove his worth.
