Bryan Greenberg is an American actor, producer, and singer. He has achieved worldwide fame for his amazing roles in award-winning films and TV shows such as The Mindy Project (2016), October Road (2007), and One Tree Hill (2003).

Early Life & Education
Bryan Greenberg was born on May 24, 1978, in Omaha, Nebraska, to his parents Denise “Denny” and Carl Greenberg, both psychologists. He shared his childhood with his younger sibling, Becca.
Being brought up in a Jewish family, Bryan was a member of the Beth El Synagogue in Omaha and is an ardent adherent of Conservative Judaism. He also had a Bar Mitzvah ceremony.
In 1996, Bryan graduated from Parkway Central High School in Chesterfield, Missouri. Following this, he moved to New York and studied at the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School. Subsequently, he attained his BFA in theater from New York University in 2000.
At a tender age, Bryan Greenberg was chosen to play the protagonist in the two-act ballet ‘The Nutcracker’ by ‘Omaha Ballet.’ As part of the show, he became part of a theatrical company for children in Omaha. When he was 12, Bryan and his family relocated to St. Louis, Missouri.

Career
Bryan Greenberg first stepped onto the stage as an actor with a camp-wide staging of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in 1992. His TV debut occurred in 1997 when he was featured in an episode of the NBC legal drama Law & Order.
Bryan soon procured an agent and the year after, delved into movies. His first movie role, though uncredited, was in A Civil Action. In 2000, he had a cameo as ‘Mr. Freeman’ in the Fox series Boston Public and reprised his character three years later.
After appearing in various TV shows, Bryan scored his first significant part in the drama series One Tree Hill which aired on The WB. Bryan then went on to play ‘Matty Matthews’ in the 2004 teen comedy-heist movie The Perfect Score. He later starred as ‘David Bloomberg’ in the romantic comedy Prime, where he was the younger romantic partner of Uma Thurman’s character.
Subsequently, Bryan was selected to portray the primary character, Nick Garrett, in the hit sitcom-drama series October Road.

Personal Life
In December 2013, Bryan and Jamie Chung, his actor girlfriend, started dating each other while the two were on holiday in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
In October 2015, the couple got married at the El Capitan Canyon resort in Santa Barbara, California. They had a three-day celebration which began with a costume party on Halloween Eve.
Bryan Greenberg and Jamie Chung ended up collaborating with the same team of producers. Jamie was very curious to meet him as the producers had been talking highly about him. In 2008, she got her wish when they both attended the ‘Young Hollywood’ gathering at the ‘Chateau Marmont’ hotel.
