A reputation is something that takes a lifetime to build and only a second to destroy, according to my nana. Our favorite celebrities in Hollywood are the same.
Some of the people on this list were sweethearts. They have joined the ranks of celebrities we no longer admire.
Charlie Sheen.
I commend Charlie for making a genuine attempt to turn his life around, and I am the first to give credit where credit is due. He will not be able to escape “The Winning” for as long as he lives.
Armie Hammer.
Armie Hammer was being considered for the role of Bruce Wayne in The Batman, and he was also going to become Hollywood’s next leading man. After some truly bizarre and disturbing allegations were leveled at the rising star, he’s all but disappeared from the spotlight.
Alex Rodriguez.
A-Rod cheated on his wife while he was a professional baseball player. He is a dirty rotten cheat who is beyond redemption for most of us. What kind of person would cheat on JLo?
Bill Cosby.
The crimes of Bill Cosby have been well documented. He is accused of sexual harassment by over 60 women. His legacy of laughter has been replaced by pain and disgrace.
Cuba Gooding Jr.
Cuba Gooding Jr. at one point in time was considered to be among the Hollywood elite, turning in one Oscar-worthy performance after another. He has been accused of sexual harassment by more than 30 women.
Michael Richards.
Most of the people who grew up in the ’90s remember Michael Richards from the show. When a heckler began taunting him during his standup routine, Michael began shouting the N-word over and over again at the man.
Johnny Depp.
Over the years, Johnny Depp has built a reputation for eccentric behavior. Johnny’s star power and career trajectory in Hollywood have plummeted since the allegations of abuse and divorce first came to light.
Kristen Stewart.
There are a lot of reasons why I don’t like Kristen Stewart. She cheated on Robert Pattinson and will always be on my list. I will never get over that.

Paula spent decades honing her reputation as a homespun homemaker who was a wizard in the kitchen. As soon as she used the N-word twice, it was forgotten.

AuntBecky from Full House was the last person I would have expected to be caught up in the college admissions scandal. The trust bridge is going to take a long time to rebuild and she is not beyond redemption.
Kevin Spacey.
The title of Kevin Spacey’s final performance was like the show title of his final performance. It’s likely that he’ll never work again because fans no longer admire this one-time legend.
Jussie Smollett.
The country mourned with Jussie when he was the victim of a hate crime. His former fans came for him with torches and pitchforks after it was revealed that he orchestrated it himself.
Tom Cruise.
You can’t point to one event as the reason people don’t like Tom Cruise. That being said, jumping up and down on Oprah’s couch, publically condemning Brooke Shields for using anti-depressants, as well as a well-known devotion to the Church of Scientology certainly don’t help.
Ellen DeGeneres.
Ellen presented herself as a good-natured person on TV. She created a toxic work environment for her staff and guests. She decided to stop being the Queen of daytime TV.
