Chris Pratt received a lot of hatred from the fans because of his character in Avengers: Infinity War. But it looks like, he is now receiving the same from the media world too.
TV Guide has characterized Pratt as a “problematic” star. This came from the pen of their senior editor Kaitlin Thomas who said that they were doing a couple of pieces on all the Hollywood stars who go by the name Chris. The list included Chris Pine, Hemsworth, Evans, Klein and Pratt. She accepted the fact that its not possible for anyone, no matter how popular he/she is to have a problem free life.
However, Chris Pratt has a habit which “adds fuel to this fire.” The Guardians of the Galaxy star is an avid hunter and has often spoken out about his love for hunting. He even said in an Instagram video that he hunts the happiest lambs on the planet and serve himself with them. His actual words were,
“They are the happiest lambs on the planet, they are so sweet and then one day they wake up dead and they’re in my freezer.”
Not only this, he even said that hunting down a lamb is as easy as unplugging a TV.
Pratt has always been in news for making “problematic” statements. During the promotional tour for “Jurrasic World” he apologized in advance for any remark which he might make during the press tour. He even said that he is just an average, blue-collar American. Considering all of these remarks, the fans wanted the famous entertainment magazine to do a hit piece on the actor. And TV Guide didn’t disappoint.
The article has been titled, “How to love Chris Pratt without hating yourself.” Check it out yourself in the TV Guide. It looks like Star-Lord is actually “Star-Lord” in real life.
