Malachy Murphy was born on December 4, 1995, in London, England. Malachy has British citizenship despite his parents being of Irish descent because he was born in England. Malachy was raised in London for 14 years before relocating to Dublin. Malachy has stayed more or less out of the spotlight, only appearing on the occasional red carpet beside his father. However, he has shown an interest in music, taking after his father. Malachy still gets a little queasy when he sees his dad in some films, especially ones with zombies. Cillian supports his son’s career choice and does not want to force a specific path on him. As a parent, he wants his son to be confident and happy in life.

Aran is Cillian and Yvonne’s youngest son. He was born in July 2007. Aran Murphy has both Irish and British nationalities. Unlike Malachy, he followed his father’s footsteps and has developed interest in acting. At an early age of 11, Aran starred in “Hamnet,” a one-person play in which he portrayed Shakespeare’s prematurely deceased son, who is still yearning to connect with his renowned father. It is a role that took him all the way to Brooklyn, New York. He also took part in shows in New York, Boston, and Hong Kong in 2019.
He also has a knack for music, and the guitar and piano are two of his favourite instruments to perform. He also enjoys watching soccer and is a huge fan of Liverpool FC.
