Maxis Fibre still hasn’t provided its customer with an official statement, but the recent statement that was released from Malaysian telecommunications company, Telekom Malaysia Berhad also known as TM has provided the necessary insight regarding the current slow down of the network all over the country.
By the looks of it, it doesn’t seem like a perfect day for the ISPs in Malaysia as of today. And TM, Telekom Malaysia Berhad is not the only one to be facing connection problem since the reports related to the slowdown of Maxis Fibre have started pouring in from everywhere in the country.
It is not entirely clear as to when did the reports started circulating. However, according to the users on the Forums Lowyat.NET has suggested that the slowdown has begun this very morning.
As compared to Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Maxis Fibre has admitted to the slowing down issue a little early. The first and foremost acknowledgement of the issue related to Maxis Fibre has taken place before 2:00 pm based on the Twitter posts.
As Maxis Fibre, as well as unifi, use the similar infrastructure as TM, the problem with the slowdown is inter-related.
