According to Reuters and New York Times, the death toll in Florida’s Panhandle due to the ravage Hurricane Michale has now risen upto 18. Eight from Florida, Six from Virginia, three in North Carolina and One in Georgia have been reported dead according to the news.
This was a result of ignorance of some 300 people. There were evacuation pleas made by the government for them to evacuate the place as soon as possible. But they didn’t. A category 4 storm rolled ashore bringing so much chaos and destruction all over the city. There have been reports that thousands are missing. But officials are still determining whether they are actually missing from the storm or are just unable to communicate with their fellow loved ones.

Distribution centers are providing food and water to those in need and long lines are seen forming around them. The group of 97 soldiers is working their level best not only to supply food and water but also to deliver hope. The families waved and thanked the soldiers as they loaded them up with supplies.
