The Demon Slayer anime adapts the Demon Slayer manga (Kimetsu no Yaiba). The manga follows Tanjiro, a young boy who collects firewood and sells coal for a living. Tsnjiro’s life changes when his family gets attacked by Muzan, the first demon. He loses his family in the attack, except his sister Nezuko. The two start their journey to save Nezuko and rid the world of demons. Koyoharu Gotouge, the writer of the series, has made such an impact on the manga that it has been among the bestsellers ever since its release.

Demon Slayer Season 3
The Demon Slayer anime produced by Ufotable aired in April 2019. The anime ranked in the top 1 within a week of its release. Fans termed the animation as incredible in that it has an “Unlimited Budget” for it to produce such amazing sequences.
Season 3 of the anime adopted the Swordsmith Villiage Arc chapters from the manga. The anime introduced the fans to new Hashiras and their backstories. First to be introduced was Muichiro, the mist Hashira. Muichiro’s past was so traumatic that he forgot most of it. His part in the arc was on how he remembers his past and overcomes the trauma of killing the demon named Gyakoo. The arc then moves to the backstory of the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji. Mitsuri helps Tanjiro behead Hantengu. At the end of the season, we discover that Nezuko can withstand sunlight.

Demon Slayer Season 4
Season 4 of the anime was announced soon after season 3 ended with its 1hr special. The production house revealed that the next season will focus on the Hashira training arc from the manga. Fans are not particularly curious as they think that the season may have fewer episodes. The manga chapters of the Hashira training arc last only for nine episodes in the manga.

Nezuko has become a prime target of Muzan now that he has discovered that she can withstand sunlight. He will soon come for her, and this is why the Hashiras need to train to face him. Fans who are impatient can skip to chapter 126 of the manga and read it till 136 to finish the Hashira training arc. The manga is available on Viz Media and Manga Plus websites.
