The iconic Pokemon franchise is finally getting a live-action adaptation in Detective Pikachu. In “Detective Pikachu”, the fictional rodent Pokemon who is loved by all will capture our hearts once again. Deadpool Star Ryan Reynolds will give voice for the fictional character.
Detective Pikachu will be based on a video game which came out in 2016. Rob Letterman will helm the movie. He is best known for “Goosebumps”. The amazing script of the show was penned down by Nicole Perlman and Alex Hirsch. Here’s all that you need to know about it!

When will Detective Pikachu release?
The live action movie bases on the Pokemon video game from 2016 titled “Great Detective Pikachu” will release on 10 May this year.
Who is in the cast of Detective Pikachu?
As you already know, Pikachu’s character will be voiced by Ryan Reynolds. Justice Smith from “Get Down” will star as a kid who is on a mission to find his missing father. Kathryn Newton from “Big Little Lies” will act as the sassy journalist who will lend his hand to Detective Pikachu and Smith’s character.
Ken Watanabe, Bill Nighy, Chris Geere and Rita Ora will also be seen in the cast the movie.
