The Detroit Pistons are in a very bad position in the tournament right now. They have been consistently facing losses, recording a very long streak of losing. Pistons have been below average this season and have faced a lot of trolling over social media as the fans are disappointed by their performance.
Detroit Pistons historic losing streak
The Detroit Pistons have now joined the Philadelphia 76ers in the longest losing streak list. The Sixers had a streak of 28 games in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons. The Pistons also maintained a losing streak of 28 games this season. Well, this is not a record that they should be happy with, as it shows how poorly they have played this season.

Detroit Pistons ended their losing streak
The Detroit Pistons could have recorded the longest losing streak by losing the 29th game, but they somehow saved themselves from it. The Pistons defeated the Toronto Raptors by 129-127. It was a close game, and the Pistons managed to win the match at the end. Cade Cunningham scored 30 points and helped the team to win the match.

Most of the analysts were expecting the Pistons to lose this match, but Chris Haynes was one of the few who predicted the Pistons’ win, and his prediction came out as true.
Though the Pistons managed to end their losing streak at the same time, they are on the way to registering the worst season for a team, as they have lost more than 90% of the games that they played this season.
Their graph is entirely the same as the Philadelphia Sixers of 1972-73 who finished at 9-73 in that season. The 76ers also hold the second number in the worst season list, which was in 2015-16, where they finished at 10-72. It seems like the Pistons might break that record because they have been failing this season.

Fans have been trolling the Pistons a lot. It seems like the Pistons need a major change in their game and someone needs to step up and take the responsibility to bounce back in the league. Currently, they are close to a lot of poor records, which no one likes to get attached to.
