The latest royal battle game Apex Legends has got instant hits overnight. Gamers all over the world is enjoying the game, but some are even facing trouble. Several owners of Xbox One are facing issues after the latest update.
Apex Legends crashing on Xbox One
Recently, Respawn Entertainment released an update for the game. Several Xbox owners complained about the game crashing on social media after the 1.03 update. Only the Xbox One users are getting affected by the Apex Legends update, not PC or PS4.
The gamers need not worry as the developer is aware about the issue. According to the developer, Neutral Net skins, Gibraltar Daemon Hunter and Heart DMR skin are responsible for the unfortunate issue. These issues are causing the crashes.
For now, the skins have been disabled and the issue is under investigation. Other Apex Legends users are saying that they are unable to use Caustic and Mirage characters. The developer said,
We’re aware of the reports of players unable to use Caustic or Mirage after unlocking on Xbox One and investigating. Will update when we have more info.
Issue of Voice Chat on Xbox One
Issues related to voice chat are also faced by Apex Legends users. They are unable to hear Apex Legends players on Xbox One while playing the game. The users are unable to use the in-game voice chat service even after trying different headsets.
If you are facing a similar issue, then set up an Xbox Party Chat. Other modes for setting up chats include Teamspeak and Discord.
