Dove Cameron was born January 15, 1996, in Bainbridge Island, Washington as Chloe Celeste Hosterman. She was raised alongside her older sister Claire, by her parents, Bonnie and Philip.
During her childhood, Cameron attended Sakai Intermediate School and participated in community theater at Bainbridge Performing Arts.
