Elder Scrolls 6 will be the latest name in the popular gaming franchise. Between Skyrim and this game, Bethesda launched the first ever Elder Scrolls game for mobile, titled ‘Blades’. However, the sixth game in the series is going to be the next to come out. As of this writing, there are no details about it – but fans of the game speculate that the game will be based in Hammerfall!

Elder Scrolls 6: Everything That We Know So Far
Bethesda recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the series. During that celebration, they showed a video package showcasing footage from all the versions of the game in the past. Based on this video, we know that the work on the sixth game in the series has begun.
Fans who saw the video analyzed that the location for the game would be Hammerfall! This is because a desert-like landscape was teased for the next game. The Red Guards of Hammerfall, who make an appearance on Skyrim 5 were also a part of this teaser.
When Does Elder Scrolls 6 Release?
As of this writing, there is no official release date that has been announced for the game. However, we expect it to come out sometime in 2020. Given that production has been going on since 2018, it would be fair to assume that the game would be ready for launch by Q4 2020, around the holiday season.
