A flight journey can get ruined by a minor inconvenience, right? But what happens when you have an over-enthusiastic kid causing havoc during the entire flight? In a similar incident, a person documented a toddler jumping up and down on the tray table during their eight-hour flight. In the video shared by a Reddit user, the energetic kid can be seen jumping on the tray table causing a horrible experience for the person sitting in front.
Surprisingly, the passenger did not react and let the kid do her thing. The clip right away caused quite a stir on the Internet with people questioning why the parents did not stop their child from exhibiting this behavior. Many people came forth to mention how they also have kids but they wouldn’t let anything like this happen. On the flip side, several people came up with radical solutions to stop the kid from ruining the flight.
Energetic kid causes havoc on eight-hour flight
In the nine seconds clip, the passenger is seen sitting quietly and letting the kid do her own thing. However, the parent of the child is not seen doing anything to stop the commotion. Many people have now come forth to call out the careless parents and some asking why the staff did not intervene.
One person said:
I would feel like a failed parent if my kids were doing this and I was just straight up allowing it.
Shouldn’t the flight attendants have intervened? If so, I hope that passenger got some compensation from the airline.
You’re allowed to yell in other people’s kids. Especially if they’re letting them do sh*t like this. If the parents have a problem start f**king yelling at them. We as a society need to let people know that this sh*t is not OK
Talking a little loud is one thing. Having your toddler jump on plane seats while holding onto another person’s (stranger’s) chair is completely wrong. I hope that man was reimbursed in some way. The parents probably saw nothing wrong with this. Unacceptable

The parent needs their ass kicked for untrained kids. I’d ask the parents to stop her. Then I’d recline and un-recline the seat vigorously. Kids are resilient. She’d be OK after the fall
