On its way to becoming the world’s number one premium smartphone brand, OnePlus is soon to launch OnePlus 7 and we at Hiptoro want to make sure that you know everything about it beforehand. Thanks to Ishan Agarwal, a 15-year-old Twitter leaker who gave us our first insight at the newest OnePlus 7.
Design of New OnePLus 7
Thanks to Mr. Ishan Agarwal who gave us our first look at the design of OnePlus 7. The twitter leaker released an image of a meeting at the OnePlus HQ showing the company’s executives have a discussion over the phone’s specifications.
The Tweet read,
EXCLUSIVE! Here’s your first look at an upcoming OnePlus Device I don’t know much about. This image shows the device in prototype/designing stage and it is not final but this is probably how the device may end up looking. That’s Pete (CEO of OP) in the img and the device itself.
We can clearly see the back side of the phone in the presentation. There seem to be multiple camera sensors.
These images are somewhat similar to the design which OnePlus has proposed for its upcoming 5G Phone. So, there’s a possibility that this image might be associated with the 5G phone instead of OnePlus 7. OnePlus 5G smartphone is about to be revealed in Europe this year.
Specifications of OnePlus 7
Not much has been revealed about the phone’s specifications. All we know till now is that the phone will have a 1440 px display and at least 6GB of memory with internal storage which could go up to 256GB. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau made a major announcement at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit that he is planning to upgrade the smartphone to Snapdragon 855.
Speculated Release Date and Price of OnePlus 7
And finally, coming to the section you all must be eagerly waiting for. There has been no confirmation on when the smartphone will be launched. But keeping in mind the previous record of OnePlus launches, the smartphone might be unveiled sometime around May-June this year. Please note that OnePlus 6 was announced in May 2018.
Regarding the price, the OnePlus 7 is expected to be almost at par with the price of OnePlus 6T, which is around $550. But yes, the OnePlus 5G phone might cost you up to $850.
