In a fire at the Red Bar restaurant, the Grayton beach lost its famous hangout place! The fire took place on December morning and soon got into notice. South Walton Fire District workmen put in a great effort so as not to damage the adjacent buildings.

Grayton Beach has this place for a long time. Red Bar previously was a general store on the 30A street. This Jazz bar is famous for its live music played by its own band.

The bar has a big following from multiple regular celebrities to even locals. The Red bar provides some expressive cuisines.
Some recommendations are seafood gumbo, fried shrimp po’boys, burgers, grilled fish sandwiches, and even Belgian waffles, paired with cocktails like Bloody Marys and mimosas!

The fire took place around 6 am in the morning. The South Walton Fire District reported with the workforce to control the fire. It was very difficult to handle.
According to the report, the winds had a fast face. Due to that, the fire spread swiftly. But the fire department had a plan to fight it. And due to that, they were able to show up their caliber.

The first step was to close Garfield Street, Hotz Street, and DeFuniak Street. This plan got the roads in the area clear.
The efficiency of the crew put off the fire. No buildings near were damaged. Zero casualties. There only one loss that shook the beach. The Red bar is a total loss.

The Red Bar restraunt had a fire and now is a total loss. No casualties.
Try not to visit the area so as the area is secured. The Fire Marshals are conducting the investigation. There are no reports as to the source of the fire. But only after the investigation is completed, there would be an update.
