Bill Cosby keeps getting into trouble with the law. The troubled comic was released last year because of a technicality, but it looks like women are still coming forward to say bad things about him. Five more women have come forward to say that they met the Cosby Show star when they were “young and vulnerable” and want justice.
From the 1980s and 1990s, Lili Bernard, Eden Tirl, Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson, and Cindra Ladd all have stories about Bill Cosby. When they met Bill, all of the women were supposedly trying to get into show business. Many of the women met him on the set of The Cosby Show. They all talk about their time with Mr. Cosby in pretty graphic ways.
In 2015, Eden Tirl told her story for the first time. Eden played a police officer in an episode of The Cosby Show. The actress said that Cosby’s cast members helped her get into his dressing room. While they were there, he touched her inappropriately and said, “This is making love.” Jewel Gittens appeared in Heavy D’s music video for “Mr. Big Stuff” prior to getting a part in Eddie Murphy’s Boomerang. The actress says that she was meeting with Cosby about a possible part on the show when he acted inappropriately toward her.
Back in 2015, Jennifer Thompson also told her story. The actress says she met the actor when she was only 17 years old. A modeling agent set them up, she says. In 2015, Thompson joined 35 other women who had said bad things about Cosby. Alan Ladd Jr. and Cindra Ladd were married for almost 30 years. Alan is a well-known movie producer in Hollywood. His movies include Braveheart and Chariots of Fire. Lili Bernard has played roles in the movies Golden Years (1991), Just One Small Thing (2022), and an episode of The Cosby Show.
Cosby and his team say that everyone wants to make money. Andrew Wyatt, who handles his public relations, told a source that the women’s claims are not new and that they are pushing even harder now that he is out of jail. They said that the charges were “nonsense.”
