According to reports, Flo Rida’s six-year-old son is in critical care after falling from a fifth-floor apartment window.
The musician’s six-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, whom he shares with Alexis Adams, is said to have sustained serious injuries after landing on concrete below.
According to multiple accounts, the child, who was born with a rare neurological condition, was left with fractures in his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs, and internal bleeding after falling from the window of their New Jersey home on March 4.
The ‘Low’ rapper, Tamar Trace Dillard, has not publicly remarked on his son’s condition.

According to Page Six, the child’s mother has since filed a lawsuit alleging that the windows in the apartment presented a “hazardous condition.”
According to People, Adams’ attorney, Steven P Haddad, wants a jury trial after alleging that the building managers were negligent, careless, and reckless in producing foreseeable and dangerous conditions.
The filing names the apartment building’s owners and administrators, as well as a construction business, a window installation company, and other defendants.
The suit claims that “incorrectly sized guards” were placed in the windows despite the fact that they were on the fifth story, “thereby breaching their duty of care.”

“As a single mother of a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare,” she told News12 New Jersey. My heart has been shattered into a million fragments.
“I am devastated, angry, and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries as a result of our landlord’s and others’ willful negligence in failing to take necessary safety precautions.”
Adams is also said to be seeking unspecified damages as a result of the accident, as well as reimbursement for her son’s medical expenses and attorney’s fees.
Zohar was born in September 2016 and has had hydrocephalus since infancy. According to the Hydrocephalus Association, hydrocephalus is an “abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within cavities of the brain called ventricles, resulting in pressure on the brain.”
Adams claimed in 2018 that Flo Rida declined to meet his son.
“Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test but kept his shades on and his back turned,” Adams told the Daily Mail at the time. They shared the same space. He made no attempt to embrace Zohar. It was bitterly chilly.”
Despite the rapper covering his son’s medical insurance and providing an undisclosed amount of child support each month, Alexis was pursuing a legal claim against him, claiming “she does not feel the support is enough for a special needs child.”
