It seems like Forever 21 “Might Wanna Rethink” their latest addition to their Christmas merchandise. We don’t want to sound racist but Forever 21 used a white model to sell their Black Panther Christmas sweater.
The blond-haired white dude is looking all charming in a blue Christmas pattern sweater with words “Wakanda Forever” embroidered in it. Above the slogan is the Black Panther mask. You can check out the product on the Forever 21 official site. Just go and check out their merchandise at their Wakanda Forever Fair Isle Sweater and you will see this sweater.
The idea is good though. The 6′ tall looking model wearing a medium fit is a treat to the eyes. Someone at Forever 21 must have thought that it would be more empowerment to the black people if a white dude advertises their merchandise. But what if they did feature a black model for it? It will be contrary to the general tradition prevailing. But will they go for it?
