Frozen 2: Not your typical sequel

Before the trailer arrived, Jonathan Groff (Kristoff), and Kristen Bell (Anna) said that the second instalment of the movie will not be a typical sequel. Fans might be in for surprise with Frozen 2 storyline with some uncovered mystery.
The preview revealed that Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff had begun a journey embarking on a new adventure. However, it is not clear where exactly they are going. Besides winter, the trailer also highlighted other seasons like autumn. Fan speculations have suggested that this could either mean that Elsa has a new enemy or an ally.
Elsa’s different side revealed
Chris Buck, the co-director said that fans will get to see a very different Elsa in the sequel. He said,
“In Frozen she had such a dramatic journey, and at the end, she’s just starting to feel like she can open up and have some fun again.”
The preview also hinted at a much darker atmosphere in the next movie. In one of the scenes, Anna can be seen kneeling in front of Olaf, telling him that Elsa is not okay. An ominous voice in the background can be heard saying, “You must find the truth.”
