Rory McCann, who plays the role of the Hound said, “I recall reading the ending and going, ‘Wow, thank you so much Dan and David. What a gift.’
Van Houten added that she just wanted to watch and avoided the details.
Hill told RadioTimes.com that the experience was quite numbing for them because it was the end of a journey of 10 years. Richard Dormer, who plays the role of Beric Dondarrion said that he personally loved his own journey. “I love what Dan and David have done for every journey and character”, he said.
So, for all the fans out there: we can expect an emotionally scarring Game of Thrones Season 8 ending. It will probably bring an end to most of our favourite characters and will be very divisive.
