The third episode featuring the battle of Winterfell set new records in terms of viewerships and it was pretty awesome. But, now that the fight is over, there is a new challenge in front of them.

The next episode will probably begin with the post-battle scenes. It will show everyone slowly recovering from the battle and some funerals too. In the Game of Thrones season 8 episode 4 promo, we saw the people cheering and raising their glasses for Daenerys. So, it is possible that they acknowledged her contribution in the battle. And they will support her in her claim for the throne.
What will happen in the North?
We might also see the unfinished conversation between Jon and Daenerys continue. Now that Jon’s true identity has been revealed, he and Dany might be at loggerheads with each other. So, either there will be a conflict or Jon will reveal that he is not interested in the throne and will win it for Dany.
Battle preparations in King’s Landing
Cersei has not been shown in the second and third episode. So, hopefully, she will get more screen time now. Since she will most definitely appear, she is going to lay down the plans for the upcoming battle. On the other hand, we might also see Bronn contemplating his decision to kill Jaime and Tyrion. But, Bronn might also end up killing Tyrion because of this theory.
We are expecting a lot of scenes from King’s Landing this time. Till now, we have hardly had any footage of Qyburn or the Mountain. So, in the next episode, we will probably see them involved in the battle plans.
