Game of Thrones fans saw the Night King die at the hands of Arya Stark and brought an end to the epic Battle of Winterfell. The entire army of the Wights and the White Walkers came to an end after the death of the Night King. But the GOT fans feel that the end of the Night King couldn’t be so easy. What if they return in the finale episode?
Do Gilly and Little Sam have White Walker blood in their veins?
GOT fans are speculating in a new spoiler theory that the White Walkers are about to make come back. Gilly’s son Little Sam was born out of the forced relationship with her father Craster. Little Sam may make a comeback as a White Walker in Game of Thrones season 8 episode 6. One of the Reddit user’s theory explains how that could happen.
As we know, [George RR Martin’s] writing is often influenced by the works of famous historical writers, as well as history itself. When I was reading about Gilly, I came to understand that her name originates from the real-life plant known as gilliflower/gillyflower.
In A Winter’s Tale by Shakespeare, Gilliflower is cross-fertilized by humans and shows mixed colors. Gilly’s name couldn’t be just a coincidence. It is likely that Little Sam and Gilly have White Walker blood in their veins. It is also suggested that the Night King could have come to meet Bran for taking back Little Sam. He was the 100th child who was supposed to be sacrificed to the Night King.
Will we get to see Little Sam as the White Walker in the Game of Thrones season 8 episode 6? What will happen if the White Walkers return? The fans are in for a huge suspense in the finale.
