The Golden State Warriors are looking to fill up their roster with some quality players, including some of their old favorites. But who could they add? Here are the top 5 players the Warriors could potentially add!
Top 5 Players the Golden State Warriors Could Add to Their Roster
The Warriors currently have some of the league’s best players, which include Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Andrew Wiggins, Klay Thompson, Kevon Looney, and Chris Paul.
The franchise currently has 13 players on their roster, and they may add one more to fill out the roster. Have a look at the potential picks!
5. Dion Waiters
Dion Waiter has been out of the league since the 2019-20 NBA Season. Waiter had a panic attack, so he was away from the NBA. The Miami Heat traded Dion to the Los Angeles Lakers. However, the Lakers have hardly given him any minutes on the court.
Waiter didn’t add much to his stats while he was at the peak, so he probably may not offer a lot to the Golden State Warriors. There are better free-agency players the Warriors should target, but could Kent Bazemore be the one?
The Warriors are holding free-agent workouts with veterans Dion Waiters, Tony Snell, Kent Bazemore, Juan Toscano-Anderson, Harry Giles and Trey Burke at facility over next two weeks, sources tell me and @anthonyVslater. GS has multiple round of workouts to identify signings.

4. Kent Bazemore
Kent Bazemore is a good locker and has a past record with the Golden State Warriors. The management replaced Bazemore with Gary Payton II.
Bazemore is familiar with the Warriors, but he is also unlikely to return to the organization. The Warriors already have Payton II, who fills the void of a defender on the roster.
3. Juan Toscano-Anderson
Juan Toscano-Anderson, or JTA, is a great addition to the Golden State Warriors. The former has played for the Warriors in NBA Season 2019-20 to 2021-22.
JTA has the ability to guard at multiple positions, making him an ideal player for the Warriors as a 14th player. However, there are also other players the Warriors are more likely to prefer than JTA. But could Trey Burke be the one?
2. Trey Burke
Another ideal addition to the roster as the 14th man, Trey Burke, is an option that the Warriors have. Burke is a great scorer but sometimes struggles with his efficiency.
Burke is a great passer as well and a good pick-and-roll. Trey can fit well around Cory Joseph, CP3, and Stephen as well. Moreover, Burke is not an injury-prone player like others on the list.
1. Harry Giles
One of the best available free-agency players for the Warriors would be Harry Giles. He is one of the best high school players, but his career is out of track due to frequent injuries.
The Warriors could add him, but he needs to work on his health and become fit for the roster to play alongside the best players in the league.
