AutoDesk, the $27 billion programming organization best known for its engineering program AutoCAD, will obtained PlanGrid for $875 million, the organization declared Tuesday.
The exchange is relied upon to close amid AutoDesk’s final quarter of monetary 2019, which closes on January 31, as indicated by the organization.
Established in 2012, PlanGrid is a GV (in the past Google Ventures) and Sequoia Capital-supported development profitability apparatus. Autodesk said in its explanation that it expects to coordinate PlanGrid’s product and its Audodesk Revit and Autodesk BIM 360 contruction administration stage.
