It has been reported that the celebrity chef will charge £400 per head on New Year’s eve. Another bummer is that drinks will not be included. Hence, one might think twice before having a lavish meal on December 31 at Gordon Ramsay’s posh three-Michelin-star restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
It is reported that the 56-year-old chef will serve some exotic items to end the year on a high note. This will include duck tea, Orkney scallops, and roast veal sweetbread at his flagship Chelsea restaurant. After following the smart dress code, you would have to flash more pounds to get drunk. This means you would pay £275 more for the optional “wine pairing”. In a nutshell, a table for two could easily cost up to £1350 which is a LOT.

If you wish to spend £100 less, you can visit his Pétrus eatery which is charging £300 per person. The satisfactory condiments on the menu include smoked eel and potato salad, and roasted Anjou pigeon. Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill is serving a four-course Christmas Day menu for £150 per person which can fit a simple food-lovers budget.
Ramsay’s restaurant group, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, was founded in 1997 and has been awarded 17 Michelin stars overall; it currently holds a total of seven. He’s best known for hit television shows like Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef, Kitchen Nightmare, Gordon Behind Bars, Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back, and Next Level Chef. Moreover, The British chef was appointed an OBE by Queen Elizabeth II in the 2006 New Year Honours list for services to the hospitality industry. Now, his 400 charge only has the cost of the meal and with no drinks or the discretionary 15 percent service charge. So, get ready to spend big cuz Ramsay is here for your money!
