A TikTok user said that she set her hair with Gorilla Glue spray, and even after 15 washes, she hasn’t been able to move it for a month.
Tessica Brown, who is reportedly from the US and goes by @im_d_ollady on TikTok, shocked social media users when she talked about her beauty dilemma in a video that has been watched more than 9.8 million times.
Hey, y’all. For those of you that know me know that my hair has been like this for about a month now. It’s not by choice. No, it’s not by choice,
she said at the start of the clip.
The long hair on Tessica’s head is parted on the side and braided back. She told me that there is a sad reason why not a single hair is out of place.
When I do my hair, I like to finish it off with a little Göt2b Glued Spray, you know, just to keep it in place. Well, I didn’t have any more Göt2b Glued Spray, so I used this: Gorilla Glue spray. Bad, bad, bad idea.
She patted her head to show how the glue spray had made her hair stiff and hard to move.
Y’all look, it don’t move. You hear what I’m telling you? It. Don’t. Move. I’ve washed my hair 15 times and it don’t move,
she insisted.
Stiff where? My hair.
At the end of her video, Tessica gave some advice:
If you ever, ever run out of Göt2b Glued Spray, don’t ever use this. Unless you want your hair to be like that forever.
More than 75,000 TikTok users have expressed their thoughts about the video, and many of them said that her story shocked them.
Some people couldn’t help but make jokes and tell her that she has “got2b” careful, while others told her that her hair looks good, even if it’s going to stay that way for a while.

one TikTok user noted.
Someone else added:

In a second video, Tessica washed her hair with shampoo to show that it didn’t get the glue spray out.
Look, you wipe it off and nothing happens. Like this is the life that I’m living at this point,
she said, starting to get emotional.
Gorilla Glue actually left a comment on Tessica’s video, telling her to try to get the glue out of her hair by spraying a mixture of alcohol and water on it.
The company said that her hair “could be damaged” and gave this explanation:
It’s going to take some time to come off since it’s been there for a month.
