As fog begins to cover Seattle, the doctors must navigate through personal complications. Meredith and Alex attempt to save Gus. Levi talks some sense into a struggling Nico.
Season 15 finale was a whirlwind for Deluca. He got no response in return of his confession to Meredith. In order to prove his love for her, Deluca took the fall for an insurance fraud scandal. He filled an uninsured patient’s forms using her daughter’s name.

After saving Gus from the hyperbaric chamber, Meredith decided to hand herself over to police. So will we see Meredith in prison in the next series? Richard and Alex also tried to save her by confessing to the fraud falsely and end up getting fired from the hospital.
Meredith finally ended up confessing her love for Deluca. Some characters are also facing trouble due to the fog spreading over Seattle. Levi and the one who was supposed to donate blood for Gus got stuck in a pile-up on the highway. They hitchhiked their way to the hospital and saved Gus.
Amelia Shepherd also got stuck in traffic while in labor and declared her love for Owen. Meanwhile, her boyfriend was seen setting up the room for the baby. There is a possibility that we will see a love triangle in Season 16. Jackson disappears in the fog and the fans will have to wait for the next season to see if he will return or not.
