Disney eventually realized its mistake and the true value of James Gunn’s talent and he will start shooting soon after he finished the Suicide Squad Reboot.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3: Story
James Gunn had finished the script for Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 3 since a long time, the final draft was complete. After his firing, there were reports that the script could be changed, but actor Dave Bautista supported Gunn and threatened to leave the movie if the original script was not followed.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 could deal with the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame, where the group is now searching for a 2014 Gamora with the addition of Thor in their team. James Gunn was in contact with Mark Hamill and their twitter banter hinted that the Star Wars actor could finally join Guardians Vol 3. There are some rumours that names such as Zac Efron and Nikolaj Coster Waldau are being considered for the role of Adam Warlock.
Release Date
While Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 was supposed to release in the summer of 2020, it has been then delayed for a long time. Now it looks like, the pacing has increased. The movie could soon enter production and shooting will start as soon as James Gunn is free from Suicide Squad.
