Joel Embiid, the Sixers Center, is on the Heats’ radar. The Damian saga is not unknown to anybody, and the chances of that happening look slim as of now. The Heats can’t offer what Blazers want for their star. Damian is still inclined towards a trade, but can the Heat wait for the completion of the drama?
The Sixers are at crossroads with James Harden as well, and there is a possibility that if Harden moves out, Embiid might look out for other destinations as well. The Heat would look forward to having Embiid on their roster if they can’t land Damian. Here is all the information you need about the trade between the Sixers and the Heats involving Joel Embiid!
What would the Heat offer for Joel Embiid?
In exchange for Embiid, the Heats may offer Bam Adebayo, Duncan Robinson, and their 2027 first-round pick. The trade market has picked up pace, and if the player doesn’t see a bright future with a team, he/she should move out. Probably that’s the case with Embiid. He mentioned his desire to win a title with or without his current team. And if Damian and Harden can request trades, why can’t Embiid?
🚨 BREAKING: Joel Embiid has begun the process of forcing a trade.

Why would the Sixers like to let Joel Embiid go?
The Sixers have no reason to make the trade. They would love to keep him until and unless he asks for a trade. But Embiid has shown his intentions of leaving if Harden moves out, and the Sixers might be forced to let him go. They can get better offers, but if they choose to stick with this one, it will increase their squad depth. With whatever they get, they might try to land another star as well.

Why would the Heat like to sign Joel Embiid?
Adebayo played a crucial role for the Heats in the 2022-23 season helping them in making it to the finals. His loss would hurt the Heats, but getting Joel for him isn’t a bad deal at all. Joel is the current MVP, his arrival will leave the Heats with only one direction to move in, and that’s upwards. Embiid’s skill set might help them to make the final leap in their title quest.
Both teams have their doubts about the trade, and it depends on some other players as well. We’ll keep you updated.
