The famous couple Hilaria and Alec Baldwin have welcomed their seventh child together, a baby girl who they have named Ilaria Catalina Irena. Congratulations are in order for the Baldwins as they have become parents of seven children.
On September 24, Hilaria, who is 38 years old, shared on Instagram a video that depicted their newborn daughter’s first moments of life in order to announce the birth of their child.
“She’s here! We are so excited to introduce you to our tiny dream come true,” she captioned the clip. “Both she and I are happy and healthy.”
The author of The Living Clearly Method continued by saying:
“Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home. Much love to you all. We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful news with you.”
She also confirmed that Ilaria was born on September 22 and weighed a total of 6 pounds, 13 ounces when she was delivered.
Carmen, age 9, Rafael, age 7, Leonardo, age 6, Romeo, age 4, Eduardo, age 2, and Lucia, age 18 months, are the children of Alec and Hilaria, who tied the knot in June 2012 and are now parents. And it goes without saying that the SNL star, who is 64 years old, is a father to his daughter, Ireland Baldwin, who is 26 years old and whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger.
Back in March, Hilaria revealed that she and her husband, who previously worked on 30 Rock, were expecting their seventh child together.
In a post that she published on Instagram on March 29, the yoga instructor informed her audience of the news.
She posted a video of herself, her husband Alec, and their six children, along with a caption that read: “After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall.
“We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise. I’m sharing with you the moment we told the kids—as you can see, they are super excited! Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives.
“A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times. I’ve missed you during my break from social media…I’m back and looking forward to continuing with you this wild journey that we call “life.” Our love to you and your loved ones.”
Just five months after the birth of their fifth child, Eduardo, the couple gave birth to their sixth child together in March of 2021. This child was the couple’s sixth child overall.
Back in 2019, Hilaria was unable to carry either of her pregnancies to term. She revealed the news that she had suffered a second miscarriage in a very open and honest video that she posted on Instagram in November. At the time, she was four months pregnant.
She wrote the following in the caption: “We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months. We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be. We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this.
“I told Carmen and took this so I could send it to Alec. I guess this is a good way to share it with you too. I told her that this baby isn’t going to come after all…but we will try very hard to give her a little sister another time.
“I’m really devastated right now…I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today. I don’t know what else to say…I’m still in shock and don’t have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi…that’s all I ask.”
