The Maroon 5 singer set out on Tuesday by attempting to refute Sumner Stroh, an Instagram model, who had claimed they had an affair in the past. In his statement, he acknowledged that he had crossed the line, but he argued that he had never actually had an affair and had only ever spoken to other women in an inappropriate manner. In part, he argued:
“I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life. In certain instances it became inappropriate; I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.”
He may be accepting responsibility now, at least in part, but he didn’t do this until he really began moving! Or so each of these women claims!
Now that Adam and Behati Prinsloo have been married for a while, multiple more people are coming forward to accuse him of slipping into their direct messages. The comedian Maryka tweeted a screenshot of a direct message conversation she had with the musician. The texts were sent at an unknown time, but they are certainly significant! The 43-year-old actually said to Maryka at one point:
“Distract yourself by f**king with me!”
In another revelation, Adam is said to have sent Maryka a private video with the message:
“I’m stupid.”
What the video’s context was is unclear. In either case, it demonstrates that they had an interesting connection, one that we doubt any wife would find acceptable. View it (below) to see!
Over on TikTok, Alyson Rosef dropped another bombshell when she revealed a series of DMs she also shared with the star last year. And these ones are even more incriminating! Unfortunately, within minutes of posting three separate TikToks on the matter, she deleted them all. In one screengrab, Adam told the blonde:
“Absolutely. Got me ”
As she went on to discuss her love of metal music, he allegedly replied:
“Said no hot chicks ever other than you.”
She also supplied a screen capture of a period when she sent the musician a video of her tattoo and he replied with a lengthy audio clip urging her to check out tattoo artist Bryan Randolph as more evidence that Adam was in fact the person behind the verified account. Just so you know, that definitely sounded like him! The performer advised them to delete their text “thread” in order to “start fresh” the next day since he was “paranoid” in a message seen in the same video. Perhaps that was his strategy to conceal these conversations? Clearly did not work!
When their texts were received last year, Alyson revealed why she is just now releasing her side of the alleged incident, sharing:
“I have a lot more that was said that was not appropriate, but I just didn’t feel comfortable posting everything, and I never wanted to post any of this. Just like that other girl said, like, the only way this would ever come out is if somebody ever posted it. A lot of my friends knew and they were shocked. But I’m really happy and I have a really great life now, so you know if any other girls have experienced this with him — which I’m sure they have — I just think they should post it because I feel really bad for his wife and nobody deserves it.”
You can see some of her evidence before it was deleted (below).

She’s probably going to experience some of the same criticism Sumner did! It’s not like she had to reply to his messages or post anything. but we’re not unhappy about it! Tea is being splattered everywhere! In all honesty, we’re still surprised that none of this has received attention before now. How did he maintain the secrecy for such a long time? Whew. Reactions?
